Q1: Are the books you sell new or used?
All books sold by Bookseedlings are brand new. We source them directly from authorized publishers and distributors to ensure you receive a pristine copy every time.
Q2: The book cover I received looks different from the one on your website. Why is that?
This is a common occurrence in the publishing industry. Publishers frequently update cover art for different print runs of a book. While we do our best to display the most current cover, the one you receive may vary. Please be assured that the book’s content and ISBN will be exactly as ordered.
Q3: How can I be sure I’m ordering the correct edition of a book?
The most accurate way to identify a specific book is by its 13-digit ISBN. The ISBN for each book is listed on its product page. If you are looking for a particular edition, please use the ISBN to confirm.
Placing an Order
Q4: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site? Absolutely. Your security is our top priority. Our website is protected by SSL encryption, and all payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal, which are certified, PCI-compliant payment gateways. Q5: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal.
Q6: Can I cancel or change my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can only accommodate requests if your order has not yet been processed for shipment (i.e., before a tracking number has been generated).

Our delivery timeline is a combination of handling and shipping time. All timeframes are in business days (Monday-Friday).

Q8: How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat shipping rate of $7.99 for all orders under $199. For orders of $199 or more, shipping is free!
Q9: How can I track my package?
As soon as your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email containing a USPS tracking number. You can use this link to follow your delivery’s progress.
Returns & Issues

Q11: What should I do if my book arrives damaged or it’s the wrong one?
We are very sorry for the error. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve it for you by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no cost to you.
Q12: How long does it take to get a refund?
After we receive and approve your return, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. It may take a few additional days for your bank to post the credit to your account.
