1. Our Return Promise

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Refund Time: Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Restocking Fees: We believe in fair and simple returns. Therefore, we do not charge any restocking fees.

2. Eligibility & Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The book must be in its original, unread, and unmarked condition.

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it, free from any damage, bends, or tears.

  • It should be returned in its original packaging if possible.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Returning an item is a simple, 3-step process:

  • Step 1: Contact Us: Please send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. For damaged items, please attach photos.

  • Step 2: Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions, including the return shipping address.

  • Step 3: Ship Your Item: Securely package the item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

4. Shipping Costs & Methods

  • Customer Responsibility: For standard returns (e.g., you changed your mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Our Responsibility: If you are returning an item because it was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Return Method: We recommend using a shipping service with tracking (like USPS Ground Advantage™) to ensure your return reaches us safely.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Exchange Policy: The fastest way to exchange a book is to return the original item for a full refund and place a new order for the book you’d like instead.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or clearance

  • Digital products or audiobooks (if applicable)

7. Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet entered the processing stage. Once an order has been processed for shipment, it cannot be canceled and must be returned according to our policy.
